As the Total Body Fat gets lower and lower, changes and improvements become less and less obvious. But even with all the difficulties, I managed to hit the 16% Total Body Fat today.
I can’t say it’s any achievement yet, because when I compare the physique with what it was a month ago, I don’t see much of an improvement.
The chest has obviously been improved, and the separation between the two sides has grown. There is the outline of the last row of abs, as well as the oblique muscles. And the veins are of course visible without pumping or flexing. All and all, the progress has slowed down drastically compared to the first 45 days, which makes it a little bit irritating and discouraging.

What now?
So far we have achieved our 18% and 16% Total Body Fat goal, so it’s just fitting to continue it to 14% at this point to see the improvements, as well as, figuring out how difficult the next step is gonna be.
