Athlean-X AX-1

Since the progress has slowed down a lot, I’ve decided to take on yet another challenge from Athlean-X, and this time we are taking it up a notch and going straight to AX-1.

Why AX-1

After finishing Xero program twice during the telecommuting period, I can testify to the quality of the work Jeff has put into compiling all the workouts as a program. They might not be unique, nor special, but to me, the fact that I can access them all in one place, without needing to look them up worth the price alone. And 6-packs shuffle is an added advantage to the program.

Current Body Stats

At this point, there hasn’t been much improvement in body composition compared to the past few weeks. Total Body Fat is still at 16% with similar physiques to what I had a week ago.

There are slight improvements here and there for sure, but we are still far from the next target we have set for ourselves.

What am I trying to get from it?

Probably the main thing I want to achieve after this program is done is to be more athletic. I know this is what I wanted to get form the Xero as well (and TBH Xero delivered on that), but I want it to push me out of my comfort zone even harder than Xero, hopefully even in the borderline of making me want to quit the program.
