Back to Fitness

Been a while since I focused (or even cared) about fitness. For the past few years, I’ve been eating my pains and emotions instead of dealing with them, and TBH I can’t say it wasn’t a happy time. So many delicious foods, and so little time.

Anyway, since there is a Covid-19 pandemic in the world, and Singapore is going to a full lock-down, (probably) followed by a long period of Work From Home, this gives me an opportunity to start working out and probably achieve a 16% total body fat by the end of it.

Why 16%?

Because it seems like an achievable target! And I haven’t seen my abs in such a long time

I’m gonna use these blog posts to keep track of my progress, and the journey I’m gonna go through, so one day I can look back at it, and remember all the bitter-sweet moments.

Game Plan

I’m planning to start by controlling the diet and doing some simple pushups & squats in my free time, and some swimming once or twice a week. These few exercises should be enough to help me get over the left leg injury and into fitness again. I guess only time will tell.
